Hypnotherapy / hypnosis offers access to vast potential powers of our minds, which can be constructively utilized in many life situations and help overcome many dysfunctions, increase self-esteem, achieve goals etc.

It is little known that hypnosis is a natural state entered by us a number of times each day and is not artificially induced in order for us to surrender control. Quite to the contrary it will help you attain a rare feeling of great personal control and deep relaxation that most of us miss.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique - can be described as a psychological acupuncture without needles and is a powerful tool for clearing of unwanted emotions, blockages and patterns and fulfilling your intended potential.

Hypnosis and/or EFT often work when nothing else does. They are known to be 'short cuts' of therapies, diminishing the length of time needed to successfully work with many issues.

I have also recently graduated as a certified astrologer (Rod Suskin School of Astrology) and have for some time used astrology to provide a unique insight into issues present in my clients' lives. Astrotherapy - as the 'new' trend is called (in reality it is one of the oldest form of therapies used by people) - assists in pointing out and dealing with often unspoken, invisible aspects of our reality.

I run a Hypnotherapy/EFT/Astrotherapy practice in Kommetjie and Meadowridge, Cape Town, South Africa. Some years ago, whilst continuing with my successful career in IT I began to study psychology and undertook training in hypnosis through the Mastermind Centre / SAIH (South African Institute of Hypnosis) in Cape Town. After graduating with their certificate of Clinical Hypnotherapist I took a plunge and left the financial computer systems to attend to much more complex, organic networks of neurological pathways.
